To make even more efficient communications, the company is investing in new technologies including electronic tablet for instant sharing of information between the driver and the dispatcher thus ensuring better management of resources, labor, operating costs and vehicle maintenance. Our vehicles tracking system provides us with tools were we can determine precisely the actual position of all vehicles on the road.
A new era will come soon with the implementation of the electronic logging devices (ELD) that will allow us to have an overview of driver’s hours of service (HOS), vehicle inspection and performance reports, and a two-way messaging service. We are currently testing these technical tools and we remain open on any new initiatives.
